who have recieved this invitiation hold what we share with you below privately in an effort to retain the
cohesion of this community.
A lack of focus on smart contract development has started an unfortunate trend in the latest startups. The reprecussions of which can be seen in the Bancor.network's allocation of developer time from genuine blockchain technology to "hype" generating where they are incentivized to spend 90% of development resources on promo material and technology we already have in the world.
Below we have included some of the biggest ICO's this summer and their actual commit activity on the company github pages. Commit activity shows how much or who made a code submission to the company github.
We must reinvigorate the focus on genuine blockchain technology.
By deploying modified versions of the Status.im contracts SRSK is doing what XCP did as a fork of Ethereum or Litecoin as a fork of Bitcoin. We have all the functionality but are deploying it in a new (we think better) way. All of the Dapps/smart contracts that work with Status.im also work seamlessly with Status RSK (SRSK).

A.1 Supporting only Status.im as the message app of cryptocurrency assumes that Ethereum is the only (and will remain) primary smart contract platform. This year alone have seen double digit growth for 6 other smart contract technologies including: Counter Party, Antshares, Cosmos, Lisk, and Ark.
"An Emblem is a cryptographic asset that represents 1 or more signed tokens on seperate blockchains.
For the communities general use, we would like to define a new type of asset called an "Emblem" ("Emblems" in it's plural form).
An Emblem is a cryptographic asset that behaves like a token but represents a group of tokens through cryptographic proof on multiple blockchains. Groups can include any cryptographic asset such as contracts, data, or Token Factories. The associative methods might include HMAC signatures, signed proofs, hash maps, or shared genesis addresses, etc-- any method with can reasonably proof association without 3rd party verification or legal proxy.
An Emblem must have the same transfer/trade functionality of a Token. In this particular case the Status RSK "Emblem" is a signing authority of other keys, a voting mechanism, and a staking tool representing sub tokens in other blockchains.
Status RSK Emblem
Only 3,000,000 in total, Status RSK Emblem each have signed sub tokens in five other smart contract crypto currencies blockchains through a global registry contract.
Each Emblem includes a basket of tokens
Simply, we are deploying 5 Tokens based on Minime onto the top 5 smart contract block chains. These currencies behave as any ER20 token would. However, these are unique in that the contract representing them has private signing keys for all of the other chains. In this way we can support multi-chain signatures which will be necessary for our end goal of cross-chain contract execution.
Emblems are address space
It is clear with the success of the Ethereum Name Service (also) there is market demand for recognisable human readable names. Emblem holders own addresses which are signable in all five smart contract crypto currencies making them prime candidates for DNS like features similar to Urbit Stars.
Emblems are stores of value
Emblems are fully tradable, but will not be listed for some months. While you will be able to trade the child tokens in the basket closely following the sale we want to disincentize pump-dump behavior and discourage speculation.
This philsophy was first referenced in the Tezos documentation (we don't necessarily support them but it certainly looks interesting).
Emblems stake "mine" proof-of-sub/pro
Where supported by the protocol (initially Ethereum, and Lisk). Emblem owners will recieve small amounts of the child tokens on the given chain based on how much is held at the address. The model is similar to that presented by Minereum except that the child token will be used as the gas for executing cross chain functions.
All that is required to "stake" mine more tokens is to have a the equivalent of amount for 1% parity between the token and the Emblem.
The rates below are subject to market structure and demand the following issuance rates for proof-of-sub miners will be:
Automatically, Emblem holders will start to mine in the sub currencies where per-block issuance is possible (ETH, LSK).
As you may have notice there is an omission in the above table labeled "Hidden". This is a coin whose integration we are keeping private to explore the market pricing effects of the token on its own. First this provides out of sample data and second it allows us to explore an additional pricing strategy should a unique one arise (we are thinking storage). Emblem owners will recieve the same binding in this chain as they had been given in the sale.
Running live, the 100 million users on Telelgram can use @srskbot to interact with and deploy chain-chain any contract they desire. They can simply reference the bot "@srskbot" in chat followed by the hash, name, or token and the bot will scurry off to deploy the the contract into SRSK and Bitcoin Rootstock.
NOTE DO NOT SEND REAL CRYPTO TO TELEGRAM APP
While Rootstock is in "Gingernet" we cannot recover funds sent to bot addresses.
We are still considering different names for the bot as srskbot doesn't feel very intuitive until the characters "SRSK" is mainstream. We are also testing @chainybot, @runthisbot, @installthisbot, @beaniebot as potential candidates for the primary name of the bot.
3rd Party Security Through Temporal "Smart" Wallets
A Temporal Wallet is similar in function to a normal wallet allowing a user to securely deposit and withdrawal crypto currency. Uniquely, a Temporal Wallet also lets said user schedule a time for the funds to change ownership from one address to another. This can be done in one full transfer or at set increments.
This method for timed fund release has numerous advantages.
1. The transfer does not cost gas.
2. Enables pay as you go and subscription payment models.
3. Allows for off chain services.
Secure 3rd party services, subscription services, and true off chain-oracles are all possible now through this tool. Originally banking operated in a similar way, offering to store capital or assets for you but executing it it on your behalf through investments made by the bank.
Temporal Wallet Example: Dropbox Billing Subscription
Alice wants to send a large file cookie to Bob.
John runs an application that stores data on Dropbox and in return for a monthly service fee.
Alice sends money to the temporal wallet with each monthly amount released to John's address.
Temporal Wallet Example: SRSK Private Node launches Amazon's EC2 instances for clients every hour.
Alice wants to launch an Amazon EC2 cloud machine backup a copy of the block chain.
A 3rd party service waits for a list of contracts to authorize it's address at a given Temporal Wallet for every address that needs an instance a service launches a new Amazon Cloud Machine.
SRSK Private Node can now in a sense withdraw as much as was defined by the Temporal Wallt.
Rootstock is already widely accepted as the smart contract platform for Bitcoin having 61% of the mining hash power already mining BTC to merge mine the Rootstock chain.

As the first formal ICO to be offered on the Rootstock-Bitcoin network we plan on adopting any relevant smart contract function or features. Use the voting ballot box above to pick from some of our top candidates.
After STATUS.IM we are working now to deploy a complete version of Bancor (without all the bugs). We are also considering deploying versions of Numeraire, Aragon, Swarm City, and Gnosis depending on SRSK holders interests.
The Telegram Bot as A Contract Migration Tool
A very necessary part of the migration to Bitcoin will be the experience in moving apps. We have made this process through our Telelgram application as simple as searching for the app and tapping it's name.

Just like samwise gamgee, Lord of Rings by J.R. Tolkien. Rely on the industry for cutting edge features who will get the glory but also take the risks (dao, Dao, Dao? DAO! #OFK@!) of highly experimental development and in the burden of educating new features.
Ethereum has spent two years educating new users on smart contracts and they were not the first to try with smart contracts (qixcoin!).

Hire truly rare and uniquely skilled developers from our personal network and hopefully from this community. Impress upon them the pressure we feel: this is the most important code we will ever write.
During this period, we will post consistent technical updates but nothing else, the goal will be to exists for as long as possible without marketing agendas and promo material. We write code.
Speculation is a great risk for fledgling ideas and it will take some time to let people to educate individials on the consumption of the coin. We will be a light+lite weight small team following the original Instagram style, our hires will make this their life and will be expected to perform as if they are programming for history itself.

Security & Anonymity
As you may have noticed we lack the traditional "who we are" bubbles. This is due to the enormous organizational risks associated with having a singular voice for a crypto currency. Unfortunately perverse incentives for market price manipulation may make targets of the leadership.
To remain as unknown as possible in the early stage is common. Both XMR and DASH were founded in this way and subsequently revealed to their users a "core dev" team. This technique ensures the long lasting strength of of Bitcoin's anonymity while avoiding a single voice taking control of the currency.
We are exporing a temporal wallet on XCP or Zcash which would reveal our names at a specific block in the future but have not determined a genuinely secure solution.

Distribution of Sub-Token Currencies
Each emblem holder is entiled to a proportionate amount of the intial token supply amount for each sub token on each chain. Ex. Owning 10 SRSK Emblems entitles it's owner to 1000 SETH tokens.
Option #1: An invitation code will have been sent to you in an email or letter.
We generated a unique wallet for each valid user which means that you can send from any exchange/wallet as long as it is to the contribution address provided below.
The Eth rate is pegged at BTC/ETH pair on Kraken from the moment we recieved the first confirmation of the transaction on the Ethereum block chain.
Transactions After Deadline
If a transaction takes a particularly long time to validate we will either secure it's SRSK from the Dev supply if it is a small transaction or will return the funds.
